Amsonia hubrichtii [sold as Narrow Leaf Bluestar] Arkansas Blue Star
Small, pale, icy-blue, star-shaped flowers are arranged in loose clusters.
Bright green leaves are alternate, linear, and thread-like. They are soft and feathery, and turn yellow in fall.
Smooth, arching, stems form clumps to closely pack together.
Slender, paired pods hang down as they mature. Pods are green until they mature to a brown in late summer to fall.
