 Diagnostic Characteristics:
Leaves simple, opposite or in whorls of 3's, ovate, 3-6" long and 1.5-3" wide, acuminate, rounded or tapered at base, toothed. Setose pubescent beneath, especially on veins. Older bark often peeling, exposing lighter grays. Flower panicles are 10-12" long and 6-7" wide.

Additional Information

'Limelight' has large, dense, upright flower panicles that emerge white, change to lime-green, then rosey pink, ultimately becoming beige at the very end. Very hardy and adaptable plant, difficult to kill.
