 Diagnostic Characteristics:
Elliptic-ovate to oblong-ovate alternate leaves are 3-5" long and 1.5-2.5" wide, sharply serrate. Rounded to subcordate at base. Petioles have 2-4 glands near base (larger glands than Prunus serotina).

Additional Information

One of the better performing and useful cherries available. Compared to the straight species, Pink Flair is more strongly upright and vase-shaped and the pink flowers are larger and brighter. Beautiful, polished reddish to chestnut brown bark on older trunks. Subject to several minor pests, none usually serious.
