 Diagnostic Characteristics:
Leaves opposite, simple 2-5" long by 1.5-3" wide, coarsely crenate-serrate, with stellate pubescence on veins beneath. Crushed leaves have fetid smell. Large, 4-sided, slightly pubescent buds.

Additional Information

Transplants easily. Crushed leaves have a green pepper smell. Drought resistance is not good, resulting in leaf scorch.
