Leaves opposite, simple, 2-3" long and wide, usually 3 main broad entire lobes with accuminately rounded tips. Petioles and leaf undersides are pubescent.

Additional Information

This selection has handsome corky bark with an oval form and attractive ascending branches. Acer miyabei 'Morton' is sometimes known as an alternative to Acer campestre, as it is more vigorous and cold hardy.
