 Diagnostic Characteristics:
Elliptic leaves are opposite, simple 2-4" long with a puckered texture, deeply incised veins, shiny dark green above, and white pubescence beneath. Buds are naked. Young stems are brown tomentose.

Additional Information

More drought tolerant than most Viburnums. Topping may be needed initially to encourage branching. This hybrid arose in Prague, Czechoslovakia in the 1950s.
